About RING

An aged sake that symbolizes human connection, life’s milestones, and new beginnings.

製麹の様子

The origin of RING lies in the faith surrounding Kumano Hayatama Taisha, a shrine founded nearly 1,900 years ago where people have long prayed for connection and renewal.

The founder of Tamanohikari Brewery developed a deep devotion to this sacred place and was granted the sake name Tamanohikari. From that moment on, the brewery’s sake brewing has continued alongside a philosophy that cherishes both connection and time.

Returning to this origin, RING is a sake that reinterprets the very passage of time as value itself.

Receiving the past and passing it on to the future—
RING is a sake that carries the flow of time and the bonds that connect people.
